I’m Zoe, a naturopath and clinical nutritionist. I work with you to understand your symptoms, explore contributing factors and create a practical treatment plan that fits your life.
My approach brings together nutrition, herbal medicine and evidence informed care, with a strong focus on the everyday foundations that support your health.
Based on the Gold Coast, offering home visits and telehealth consultations across Australia and internationally.
Care that Considers the Whole Picture
I’m Zoe Turner, a naturopath and clinical nutritionist with a Master of Advanced Naturopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Health Sciences. I also teach and supervise student practitioners at Southern Cross University.
I take time to understand what you’re experiencing and how your symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress and daily life may connect. Together, we set clear goals and build a manageable plan, reviewing your progress and adjusting your care along the way.
With a particular interest in gut health, mental wellbeing and hormonal health, I combine clinical knowledge with a warm, grounded approach. Where needed, I work alongside your GP and other healthcare providers to support coordinated whole person care.
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
Time to explore your main concerns, health history, nutrition and lifestyle, and understand how your symptoms may connect. Together, we set clear goals and create a personalised treatment plan with practical steps that fit your life.
Follow-up Naturopathic Consultation
For existing clients, we review your progress, discuss changes in your symptoms and check how your treatment plan is working for you. We adjust your nutrition, lifestyle advice and prescribed supplements or herbal medicines where needed.
Acute Consultation
A focused telephone or video appointment for a recent, short term health concern. We discuss your symptoms and suitable care options, which may include dietary advice, herbal medicine or nutritional support, with referral where needed.
Pathology & Functional Testing Review
A telephone appointment to help you understand existing test results or discuss whether further testing may be useful. We explore the key findings, how they relate to your concerns and appropriate next steps. Testing and laboratory fees are additional.
Mentoring
Individual support for naturopathy students and new practitioners to build confidence in clinical practice. Sessions can explore case discussions, clinical reasoning, treatment planning and professional development. I also provide work integrated learning support in partnership with Southern Cross University and Torrens University.

Pathology & Functional Testing
Where appropriate, blood pathology and selected functional tests can provide further information about your health and help guide your care. We discuss the purpose, limitations and costs of testing, and whether the results are likely to change your treatment plan.
