Initial Naturopathic Consultation

This is a full holistic consultation where I will gather information about all your body systems and their functioning. We will discuss family genetics & your personal history, dietary & lifestyle information. You decide which presenting complaint you want to address, and we’ll discuss aims and goals to help you in your recovery. This will culminate in an agreed-upon treatment plan that you feel is attainable for you.

Follow-up Naturopathic Consultation
30 minutes
Existing clients only, a follow-up following your initial consultation. We discuss our treatment plan, including signs, symptoms and your previously prescribed medicine. We may discuss making changes to the plan to achieve positive outcomes towards your quality of life.

Acute Consultation
20 minutes
This is an acute consultation for those requiring treatment for acute symptoms. It is performed via telephone or video consultations, with a discussion on your presenting signs and symptoms and culminating in an acute treatment plan (2 weeks) and possibly prescribing nutraceuticals or/and herbals to aid in your recovery.

Pathology & Functional Testing Review
20 minutes
This is a consultation to discuss existing pathology or functional test results, or to determine which testing may be appropriate for you. This may include standard blood pathology, nutrient markers, hormone testing, gut and microbiome testing, or other functional investigations where clinically indicated. Review results through a preventative and nutritional medicine lens, with discussion of key findings and next steps. This appointment is a telephone appointment.

As a certified mentor from Southern Cross University, I provide specialised mentorship for naturopathic students and new practitioners. My experience equips you with the tools, insights, and support needed for professional growth and clinical excellence in naturopathy.
